Importing from Other Medical Spa Software Programs into Orchid Medical Spa Software

Orchid Medical Spa Software allows you to import a list of clients, employees, products, services, gift certificates and suppliers that were created using another program (such as another database program). A separate text file for each list of information (clients, employees, products, services, and/or suppliers) that is being imported is required. Each file must be saved in any one of the following formats:

Tab delimited file, .txt
Comma separated value file, .csv
Word file, .doc
Excel file, .xls

If you are unable to save your information in one of the above formats, there is approximately an 80% chance we can extract your information from your current database (if it is in a Windows format). We cannot extract information from DOS databases.
