Q: How do my clients book appointment requests over the Internet?
A:
Your clients can book and schedule an appointment in just a few minutes. Clients need to simply click on Appointment at the top of the site, enter his or her contact information, select an employee, service, date and time for the appointment and then the request will be sent to your Orchid Medical Spa Software to await approval.

Q: Once a client books and schedules an appointment request over the Internet, how does my business get notified of the appointment? Do I have the option to accept or reject the appointment request?
A:
Orchid Medical Spa Software will "talk" to your web site and the Internet. Orchid Medical Spa Software will receive the request for the appointment. You have the option to accept or reject the appointment request.

Security

Q: How safe is the online appointment booking and scheduling system? I do not want somebody having access to my customers' information.
A:
Your web site does not contain any of your customers' information or sales information from your business. Additionally, your database is never transferred to the web site. The only basic information about days and times your employees are available to accept new appointments are displayed on your web site. This information, as well as other information (such as lists of products and services) can by hidden at any time.

Q: Can I set a password that my clients must enter before they can book an appointment request over the Internet?
A:
Yes. You can set a password in the Web Site Appearance feature of Orchid Medical Spa Software. Your customers will have to enter this password before they can make an appointment request.

Integration

Q: I already have a web site. Can I use the online appointment booking and scheduling and keep my current web site?
A:
Yes. All you need to do is place a link on your web site to allow your customers to book and schedule online appointments. See Using Your Own Web Site page for more information.

Q: I already have my own domain. Can I use the online appointment booking and scheduling with my own domain?
A:
Yes. If you have web site hosting with your domain, then all you need to do is place our index.html page in the root of your web site. You can obtain this file from www.OurOnlineAppointment.com/ACCOUNT/index.html (where ACCOUNT is your account name)

The other option is to transfer your domain to us or give us access to your domain and we will setup everything for you.
