Extensive Commission System
Our single commission system can be configured as either a straight percentage or a step scale, which enables employees to receive various levels of commission according to the range or amount of services/products sold. Each employee can be assigned his or her unique step scale.

Alternatively, our dual commission system (which is optional to use) can be configured to award commission when services are used and/or purchased. Unique commission currency and percentage amounts can be set for each service and for each employee. For products, a unique currency or percentage amount can be set for each employee.

Tips
Fixed dollar amount or fixed percentage. This feature is optional.

Adjustment
Miscellaneous income adjustment.

Hourly Pay
Works with time clock.

Federal Tax Deductions
Orchid Medical Spa automatically determines the Federal tax from built in tax tables - you can change the name and customize a fixed amount or percentage.

State Tax
Change the name and customize a fixed amount or percentage. You must enter your state's tax amount or table based deductions yourself.

Miscellaneous Deductions
Change the name and customize a fixed amount or percentage.

Social Security
Change the name and customize a fixed amount or percentage.

Health Care
You can change the name and customize a fixed amount or percentage.

SEP (Simplified Employee Pension) Deduction
Change the name and customize a fixed amount or percentage and ANY other deductions you want to add.
