Storing Client Pictures

Orchid Medical Spa Software can store, display, and print pictures of your clients easily and quickly. All you need is one or more of the following picture taking capabilities:

Digital camera (connected to the computer or handheld)
- OR -
Regular (film) camera and a scanner.
- OR -
Video capture board on your computer and a camcorder.

A "before" and/or "after" picture can be stored with each transaction. These pictures can be easily imported, exported, and printed.

A picture of a client can also be stored in the client's profile. Anytime a client's information (phone number, address, etc.) is viewed, you can also see a picture of the client. The picture in a client's profile is updated automatically every time a before and after picture is taken. Therefore, you always see the most recent picture of your client.
