Storing Client Pictures

Orchid Medical Spa Software can store, display, and print pictures of your clients easily and quickly. All you need is one or more of the following picture taking capabilities:

Digital camera (connected to the computer or handheld)
- OR -
Regular (film) camera and a scanner.
- OR -
Video capture board on your computer and a camcorder.

Multiple before and after pictures can be saved for each ticket. All before and after pictures can be viewed at once, or you can view pictures for a specific ticket using the Picture Manager.

General pictures of a client can be stored as well, and a primary photo of a client can be specified, which will be seen on tickets made for that client and any time that client's information (phone number, address, etc.) is viewed.
