Orchid Medical Spa Software networking uses a true server/client relationship for maximum speed and efficiency. The server computer is a fully functioning computer from which you can take appointments, run payroll, look up clients, etc. You do not need a dedicated server computer or a very high end computer.

Your server computer will be the computer that runs SQL Server 2005 Express (or SQL Server, depending on the number of client computers), holds the database, and is able to make backups of your database. Because the server computer will perform the most work, it should be your best quality computer for optimal performance.

Please read the minimum and recommended hardware and operating system requirements below. For adequate performance to run the software, please follow at least the minimum hardware specifications. For optimal performance, please follow at least the recommended hardware specifications.
