In Your Software

Free Training Videos

Orchid Medical Spa Software comes with training videos. Each video is about 2 to 3 minutes each and shows how to use the basic features in Orchid Medical Spa Software. These videos can be viewed by clicking on the Video section towards the bottom-right corner of the Orchid Medical Spa Software Welcome screen.

User's Guide

Orchid Medical Spa Software comes with a complete User's Guide which can be accessed in any of the following ways:
  • In Orchid Medical Spa Software from the Help pull-down menu.
  • By requesting a free printed copy during your initial purchase of Orchid Medical Spa Software
The User's Guide includes answers to frequently asked questions, detailed instructions on how to perform common functions within the software, detailed instructions to set up hardware items, and descriptions of features and reports available in the software. The electronic version of the User's Guide is easily searchable and also categorized into chapters for ease of use.

Free Software Updates

All software updates are free for the first 2 years after purchase. Current users of Orchid Medical Spa Software can upgrade to the newest version or a different package by visiting our Updates page. After the first 2 years, software updates can be purchased at reduced prices.

Online Drivers and Downloads

Any drivers for supported hardware as well as downloads for programs that work with Orchid Medical Spa are available for easy download on our web site.









Phone Support


All phone support is free for the first 90 days after your initial software purchase, up to two hours of total time, by calling our technical support line. If you have Internet access, we can also connect live to your computer and provide support directly on your PC.

Support is available Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Training

Over The Phone Training

Over the phone training is part of the free phone support offered within the first 90 days of the initial software purchase, up to two hours of total time.

Over the phone training generally lasts an hour, and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability of a dedicated technical support trainer. During your training we generally cover software basics and frequently asked questions, but can also tailor the training session to answer your specific questions.

If you have Internet access, we can also connect live to your computer and provide support so you can visually see what our trainer person is instructing you to do on the screens of your software.

Hardware Warranty Issues

Hardware is covered under manufacturer's warranty for 2 years after purchase for Epson receipt printers and MMF cash drawers, and 1 year after purchase for other hardware. If your hardware is defective, please contact the appropriate manufacturer below.
