Wait List

The wait list feature allows you to create a list of clients who have no previously scheduled appointment and are in the lobby waiting for an available employee, or would like to schedule an appointment for a future date that is currently booked.

On the wait list, you can add multiple services and employees that the client would like to schedule an appointment for, and define multiple dates and times on which the client will be available to come in. When you cancel existing appointments or check for wait list openings, Orchid Medical Spa will look for openings in the appointment book where your wait list entries can be scheduled.
